teaching

I've always enjoyed teaching and would love to do more of it in the future.

Supervision: Malcolm Siljehag Alencar (2025)

Funded scholarship for Malcolm for a summer project. He worked together with me on BoPep and other computational tools for peptidomics research.

Master thesis supervision: Felicia Amelie (2025)

Felicia was a masters student from Utrecht (Netherlands) who worked on plasma peptidomics. She optimized the sample preparation protocol and we created the first DIA library for septic plasma peptidomics data.

BMEN35: Data-driven health (Faculty of Engineering, Lund University)

I was a lecturer and held a computer exercise in the course in 2022 and 2023.

Synthetic biology for beginners

In 2020 I wrote a compendium to introduce high school students to synthetic biology. I held trial lectures for the compendium at Katedralskolan, Lund, Sweden. The compendium can be found here.
